CR Paradise
Costa Rica is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Located on the isthmus of Central America, it is bordered by the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. Both coasts boast fabulous beaches, pristine national parks and a wide variety of indigenous plants and animals. It is a natural paradise. One of the most popular places in Costa Rica is the Papagayo Peninsula on the northern end of Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast.
The Papagayo Peninsula offers crystal clear waters, warm breezes, tropical weather and a wide range of stimulating and relaxing activities that make spending time in this region a pleasure whether one is alone or with family and friends.
Getting to the Papagayo Peninsula is easy. Many simply fly into the nearby Daniel Oduber International Airport. The fun begins the minute you land. The sun, sand and surf seem to make the local population friendlier. Everyone aims to please and are willing to suggest fun things for you to do while you’re there. Some of the most popular activities include hiking into the dense pristine jungles, horseback riding, floating on an inner tube on one of the many rivers, marveling at the hot vents shooting steam into the air and warming the waters nearby making a relaxing swim a must. One can bathe under a waterfall, ride a zip line through the canopy of the trees and take pictures of the rare and exotic animals.
What many people who visit the Papagayo Peninsula love is the waters. It offers a chance to go sport fishing or engage in jet skiing, scuba diving and other water sports. As an orange sun gently sets over the sapphire Pacific Ocean one can enjoy a sunset sailing cruise and watch dolphins cavort in the waters as the ocean breeze bids you to relax. Aaahhhh! Costa Rica’s Papagayo Peninsula. Peace and tranquility.
