On a memorable event celebrated yesterday Laura Chinchilla became officially the first female president of Costa Rica. The event gathered 150 special guests including some of the most important political authorities of several countries: Felipe (Prince of Asturias), Alvaro Uribe (President of Colombia), Felipe Calderon (President of Mexico), Rafael Correa (President of Ecuador), and Princess Nora of Liechtenstein.
Costa Rica has posted one of the strong hiring outlooks, for jobs, from places all across the world. Costa Rican businesses are anticipating increasing their hiring by 28 per cent between April and June of this year.
On February 7 Laura Chinchilla candidate of (PLN) – Partido Liberacion Nacional became the first female president in the history of Costa Rica with an overwhelming 46% of the total votes emitted.
