On a memorable event celebrated yesterday Laura Chinchilla became officially the first female president of Costa Rica. The event gathered 150 special guests including some of the most important political authorities of several countries: Felipe (Prince of Asturias), Alvaro Uribe (President of Colombia), Felipe Calderon (President of Mexico), Rafael Correa (President of Ecuador), and Princess Nora of Liechtenstein.
